Ingredients
- 300g sushi rice
- 400ml water
- 4 sheets nori
- 200g fresh fish (salmon or tuna)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- Soy sauce
Directions
1. Rinse sushi rice until water runs clear, then cook with water.
2. Let rice cool and season with vinegar.
3. Place nori on a bamboo mat, spread rice, and layer fish and vegetables.
4. Roll tightly and slice into pieces.
5. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
