Ingredients

  • 400ml water
  • 4 sheets nori
  • 200g fresh fish (salmon or tuna)

  • Soy sauce

Directions

2. Let rice cool and season with vinegar.

3. Place nori on a bamboo mat, spread rice, and layer fish and vegetables.
