Goulash

Goulash is a traditional Hungarian stew that has become popular in many Central European countries. It is known for its rich flavor and is often associated with hearty, rustic cooking.
Ingredients
- 500g beef
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 500ml beef stock
- Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Cut beef into cubes and brown in a pot.
2. Add chopped onions and garlic, cooking until soft.
3. Stir in paprika and cook for a minute.
4. Add canned tomatoes and beef stock, then simmer for 1.5 hours.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve with bread or dumplings.
