Ingredients

  • 2 onions

  • Fresh mint
  • Yogurt

Directions

1. Soak basmati rice for 30 minutes, then drain.

2. Cook onions until golden, then add chicken and brown.

3. Stir in tomatoes and biryani masala, cooking for 10 minutes.

4. Layer rice over chicken and add water, then cook until rice is done.

5. Garnish with fresh mint and serve with yogurt.
